Yes the title is correct. I am back in Texas. Though I am happy to be around my family again, I’m not happy about being here. Three days after getting home, I get a text message, yes a text message telling me its over. Pretty damn chicken shit if I say so myself. I DO! After several phone calls and not one valid reason or consistent reason as to why this even occurred. I still don’t really know why today. Well since I am not in Yankee land anymore, I guess I need to change the title of my blog. Any ideas?
Advanced Biology Class
Students in an advanced Biology class were taking their mid-term test. The last question was, ‘Name seven advantages of Mother’s Milk,’ worth 70 points or none at all.
One student, in particular, was hard put to think of seven advantages. He wrote:
1.) It is perfect formula for the child.
2.) It provides immunity against several diseases.
3.) It is always the right temperature.
4.) It is inexpensive.
5.) It bonds the child to mother, and vice versa.
6.) It is always available as needed.
And then, the student was stuck. Finally, in desperation, just before the bell rang indicating the end of the test, he wrote..
7.) It comes in 2 attractive reusable containers.
He got an A+

Found this article online at the Fort Worth Star Telegram. Changes need to be made in the upper office. Jones says he is looking in the mirror, do does that mean we get what the fans have been hollering for, for years? We have the players, we have a pretty good coaching squad. Jerry are you finally going to hire a real GM? We can only hope, but not to high.

What is it with the boys?How can a team with some of the best if not the best talent in the NFL, keep stepping on their dicks(as my buddy Mark puts it)? I can not believe they blew it again. From what little I saw of the game, they didn’t even show up to play. Jerry its time to pass the reins of GM to one of your sons or hire some one who can do the job, because you SUCK at it! Like many others have said if there was a GM that was hired he would have been fired a long time ago. Jerry do what you do best, sign the players paychecks and let some one who knows how to be a GM do the job!
As much as I love my ‘Boys’ guess its time to root for the Saints through out the playoffs. Yes, that’s the Cajun in me coming out. Guess its a good thing I love football in general other wise I’d be watching nothing else through the post season. So who are you gonna root for if your team didn’t make the post season?
Well its 1:16 am here in yankee land, which means is 1/1/12 now. There were a few things good in ’11 and a few bad. To be honest I’m glad to see it go! So to all my family and friends, Happy New Year!
